Zucchini Tarator with Carrots I always say there are some recipes that are timeless for me. No matter what meal it is, it always finds a place on our table. One of them is stir fry which I think it's been a year since I ate it and the other one is zucchini tarator with carrots.
I guess there are few things so simple and so delicious :)

Ingredients for Carrot Zucchini Tarator Recipe
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 4 heaped meals of yogurt
- Salt
- 1-2 teaspoons of granulated sugar optionally
- 1 pinch of dill
For service:
- Red pepper
- dried mint
- Olive oil
- Walnut
How to Make Carrot Zucchini Tarator Recipe?
1. Grate the carrot and zucchini. Heat the olive oil, put the carrots in the pan, add salt and sauté until they turn brown and set aside.
2. Saute the zucchini in the same way and let it cool.
3. Mix the yogurt with the garlic.
4. Add the warmed vegetables to the yogurt. Add dill and mix.
5. Serve with hot red pepper, dry mint oil and walnut pieces, if desired.
