Mushroom Pie

Do not forget that the most delicious mushroom pie is made from kangaroo mushrooms. You can use it raw as well as boil it or store it in the freezer for a long time… You can even eat the mushrooms you cooked by spoonfuls of them whenever you pass by the fridge like me :)

Ingredients for Mushroom Pie Recipe

3 pieces of dough
300 g mushrooms
3 long green peppers
1 pieces of tomato
1 onion
1 pieces of eggs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
vegetable oil
Salt, pepper

How to Make Mushroom Pie Recipe?

Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chopped onion a little. Finely chop the mushrooms, chop the green pepper. Add the green pepper and grated tomatoes and fry until the water is gone. Add salt and pepper. Lay the phyllo on the counter and spread the mushroom sauté on the phyllo. Roll from both sides towards the middle. Divide this roll on both sides. Brush it with egg yolk and place it on a greased tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
