The fragrant smell emanating while frying the dough suddenly opens the doors of my childhood memories. I remember the hours that passed while I was playing hopscotch with my friends on the street where my grandmother's house was, and sometimes while I was mixing construction sand with water and cooking.

kitty

My mother calling me while we were immersed in the game, my resistance not to come in. As I climb the steps of the apartment, that sweet smell hugs me and reminds me how hungry I am.

It reminds me that the house really smells like home when you open the door.

The scent has such a strong memory of its own that it can take you far away even if you don't want to.

Even after years, every time I fry the dough, I feel the same.

Now that it's our turn to fry the dough, we can move on to the recipe :)

I will share the recipe of dough that you will prepare by fermenting at home, together with the recipe of "Bursa Turkish Delight".

Ingredients for the Cheese Dough Fries – Pisi Recipe

  • 2 piece of bread dough
  • 100 g feta cheese (soft or medium hard)
  • 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cups of oil (for frying)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

How to Make Fries with Cheese Dough – Pisi Recipe?

  1. After you bring the bread dough home, place it in a warm or warm place and let it swell for 15 minutes.
  2. While the dough is swelling, mix the parsley and feta cheese by crushing them with a fork.
  3. Put a little oil on the tea plate and lightly oil your hands and the tray or counter where you will open the dough.
  4. Take tangerine-sized pieces from the dough and roll them in your hand. Then put it on the counter, press it and let it spread.
  5. Close it by putting the cheese mortar you prepared inside.
  6. Cook in hot oil by turning both sides until golden brown.
  7. Take the cooked dough on a paper towel lined plate. Then take it to a serving plate and serve hot.

Dear Mustafa, you can buy unbaked bread dough from any bakery near you. If I gave you the recipe for the dough, you would ask where to find the yeast, the most practical thing for you is to take the dough from the oven and fry it. love.

If boiled potatoes are grated into the dough and kneaded a little more, a very good taste will emerge. I recommend it.

Well done, I am learning a lot from you. Could you please write how the dough is made at home, if I am not mistaken, my mother used to make it at home and even used wood curd, if I am not mistaken, thank you very much.

Well, I got up in the morning, I went and bought a dough from the oven, I came home, I'm waiting for it to swell, but the only problem was that I didn't know how to make it. Now I saw it from Nilay, let's see if I can do it, I'll try to make it :)

hello, the kitty you made looks very delicious. I have a day in the coming days and I'm going to make it. It is a type of dough that I love very much. Germans make it without salt and find it in a mixture of cinnamon sugar when hot. It is very tasty.
