Salmon on Paper

I've been pretty busy with salmon lately. I have consumed it in the oven, in the pan, on the grill in many ways you can think of, by cooking it with different sauces or flavoring it. The ones I liked the most were salmon on paper and poached salmon. Poached salmon goes great with Aioli sauce.

The recipe I want to share today is simple and delicious. I am giving the recipe for one person because 1 salmon fillet is placed on each sheet.

Carrots, leeks, capia peppers should be especially finely chopped so that they cook quickly together with the salmon. Your fish may fall apart as the thickly sliced vegetables will be cooked after the salmon. Also carrots, leeks and peppers can be used for 2 salmon fillets.

I also share with you a souvenir photo of my beloved Norwegian salmon taken with me before it is cooked. Love :)
