  • 1 slice of Norwegian Salmon per person
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
  • 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 spoonful butter

  • 2 thin slices of lemon

    Hello,
    I love salmon, but it splatters so much when I cook it that even if I bake it, I can't really enjoy cleaning it. I wrapped it in oiled paper and cooked it, but it doesn't taste the same. Can you suggest a method to avoid splashing?
