Rice Dough Wrap (With Meat)
Hello Dear Friends,
It was a recipe I wanted to prepare for a long time. rolls wrapped in rice doughfor the first time years ago Culinary I also tried a version made with only fresh vegetables and loved it. Even though I thought about it from time to time, I forgot and buried this vegetable flavor in the dusty pages of history.
I found the phyllo dough in Macro Center in the shopping center where I went for a meeting. Although I love it in our house, my wife is not a veggie lover, so I added some meat supplements. Everyone was very happy with the result :)
It's a slightly different concept for us. rice doughAs a matter of fact, it doesn't look like phyllo as long as it doesn't get wet. When it gets wet, unless you spread it carefully, it sticks so hard that it can give you a nervous breakdown.
When you buy these phyllo (rice sheets), first prepare the vegetable or meat mortar that you will wrap it in. Then wet the rice phyllo and wrap them one by one.
Do not worry if there are cracks in the dough, it will be fixed when you wet it.
Yours.

Doesn't it bake in the oven?
No, it doesn't.
It looks like a meal that I will adore with a bear. The view is great. And you dipped it in that sauce without any mercy. I'm dead, I'm dead on oath :)) Well done.
In one word awesome
What do you think, can we use the gullaç leaf that we know instead of this rice dough?
Hello Ferah, two dark phyllo & sheets are different from each other in terms of structure. Our gullac is more prone to dispersal, so you might have a hard time wrapping it up, but it's an original idea.
I must try this recipe! We don't have Macro on these sides, but I hope I can find it in the Metro :))
Ah Nilay ah I'm surprised which recipe to try!
