Ingredients for Lentil Noodle Soup Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of green lentils
- 1 cup of noodles
- 4 cup of hot water
- 1 cups of broth
- Half of 1 medium onion (grated)
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt
- black pepper
- dry mint
How to Make Noodle Lentil Soup Recipe?
- Boil the lentils for 10 minutes and drain the water.
- Put olive oil and onion in a medium saucepan. Fry the onions on medium heat, add the tomato paste. Add the washed and drained lentils to the fried tomato paste and fry quickly.
- Add 4 glasses of water and 1 glass of broth to the pot. Add the seasoning and noodles.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are soft and serve.
