Ingredients for Strained Lentil Soup (with flour and potatoes)

  • 250 gr. Red lentil,
  • 25 gr. Fame,
  • 50 gr. butter,
  • 50 gr. small diced toast,
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 lemon,
  • 2 marrow bones,
  • 5 gr. Red pepper,
  • 1 gr. cumin,
  • 5 glasses of water.

How to Make Strained Lentil Soup (with flour and potatoes)?

  1. Washed lentils and peeled potatoes and onions are thrown into the marrow bone.
  2. 5 glasses of water are added, salt is added, it is boiled and the kefir that comes to the surface is taken.
  3. The soup is whisked from time to time where it boils.
  4. After the mixture is cooked for 45 minutes, it is passed through a strainer.
  5. Butter is put in the pan, melted, and then flour is added to the melted butter and whisked, and the flour is roasted until it turns slightly pink.
  6. After roasting, a glass of water and previously prepared lentils are added, toasted bread and cumin are added.
  7. Red pepper is thrown on the butter that is burned in a separate pan and this oil is poured over the soup.
  8. Soup is ready to serve.
