Ingredients for Baked Vegetable Noodles Recipe
- Half a pack of boiled noodles
- 1 small medium onion
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 red roasted peppers
- Parsley
- Dill
- 1 cup of fresh cheddar cheese
- salt, pepper
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup mixed garnish
For the bechamel sauce:
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
- 1 tablespoons of flour
- Half a glass of cheddar or feta cheese
- Salt if your cheese is unsalted
How to Make Baked Vegetable Noodles Recipe?
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, dill, roasted red pepper and parsley.
- Take olive oil in the pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
- In a saucepan or small saucepan, put the milk, butter and flour.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened.
- Add the thickened sauce cheese and mix well (make sure there are no lumps).
- Mix the pasta, sautéed onion and garlic, bechamel sauce, and all the remaining ingredients and put them in the baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot.
