Baked Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients for Baked Vegetable Noodles Recipe

  • Half a pack of boiled noodles
  • 1 small medium onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 red roasted peppers
  • Parsley
  • Dill
  • 1 cup of fresh cheddar cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed garnish

For the bechamel sauce:

  • 1 water glass milk
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter
  • 1 tablespoons of flour
  • Half a glass of cheddar or feta cheese
  • Salt if your cheese is unsalted

How to Make Baked Vegetable Noodles Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, dill, roasted red pepper and parsley.
  2. Take olive oil in the pan and sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. In a saucepan or small saucepan, put the milk, butter and flour.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened.
  5. Add the thickened sauce cheese and mix well (make sure there are no lumps).
  6. Mix the pasta, sautéed onion and garlic, bechamel sauce, and all the remaining ingredients and put them in the baking dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot.
