Noodles with Cheese and Walnuts
Hello Dear Friends,
Noodles are usually cooked with brewing method, but we also have people who cook pasta like boiling them. This is because it is difficult to adjust the water. Especially if you do not buy from the same place, for example, if you use village noodles and you buy it from a counter in the village market, the water rate will change according to what you buy from the market.
If I'm going to brew, I start with 1 cup of noodles with 1,5 cups of water. It will take at most half a glass of water anyway. In other words, it is possible to brew using an average of 1-1,5 glasses of water for 2 glass of noodles.
Speaking of brew, I think of tomato infused pasta My recipe has arrived. If you don't have noodles at home infused pasta You can also try my recipe.
Yours.
