I think ginger is a spice that suits potatoes as much as nutmeg. A different and pleasant taste for those who are not very fond of meat. Materials:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 medium onion

Fabrication:
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes.
