Quince Dessert with Cherry

Hello Dear Friends,

Years ago I shared with you Hibiscus (we used as natural colorant) ve from apple quince dessert Then, in its season, such a beautiful cherry quince dessert I said there is an expense :) I used unsweetened canned cherry juice. There were also cherry berries in the jar. That's why it tasted great.

I couldn't wait because I took a video, but the taste and color will get better as it cools in the pot. While cooking, if you take the sherbet with a spoon from time to time, as I do, and pour it over the quinces, the color will be even more beautiful.

How to Make Cherry Quince Dessert Recipe?

  1. Cut the quince in half, peel the skins and remove the seeds. Clean the woody parts of the ends as well.
  2. Arrange the cleaned quince in a pot.
  3. Add granulated sugar to the pot so that the quinces are on top. Add the cherry juice as well.
  4. Add some of the quince peels you have set aside, cinnamon sticks, cloves and quince seeds to the pot.
  5. Cook on low heat until the quinces are soft and take on their color.
  6. Take the quince you have left to cool in the pot on a serving plate.
  7. Pour syrup over them. Add cream and serve with peanuts if desired.
