This weekend has been very long and tiring for me. I have truly experienced that one can cry and laugh at the same time.

Sometimes life really tests us...

Both good and bad, bitter and sweet can come to your door at the same time. What you can do is cry with those who cry and laugh with those who laugh. In short, to fulfill your duties no matter what.

Anyway, enough confusion...

My 3-month professional education at Kadir Has University comes to an end with a presentation I will make on a dish I have chosen tomorrow, and my 3-month internship in Istanbul Culinary begins. It's amazing how time goes by so fast :)

I will share with you all the recipes prepared for the presentation…

Love…

Ingredients for Apple Quince Dessert Recipe

  • 3 quinces
  • 350 gr granulated sugar
  • 3 medium apples
  • 2 cloves
  • ground cinnamon
  • enough water (depends on the size of the pot)

How to Make Apple Quince Dessert Recipe?

  1. Wash the quinces and cut them into two halves. Carve out the middle parts by removing the cores.
  2. Grate the apples. Put the quinces in the pot and fill the grated apples inside.
  3. Add sugar, quince seeds and enough water to rise slightly above half of the quinces and cook on low heat until the quinces are soft.
  4. Carefully place the softened quinces on the baking tray. Pour the syrup that thickens in the pot onto the tray.
  5. Bake the quinces in a preheated oven at 30 degrees for 180 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with the remaining syrup on the tray and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Try making it with cherry juice instead of water.
Or it could be half water half cherry juice.
Color and taste are very good.

This was very different, I had seen it in a different way, I had tasted it, but I had never seen it in a kind of burned form.

Dear ladies, while making the quince dessert, put some sugar, a little cinnamon into the grated apple, place it in a deep bowl, cover it with sugar, cover the container with aluminum foil, cook it at 220 cc for about 1.30 minutes and try it, I say, by the way, put the seeds in a glass and fill it with water the next day. Filter the slightly gelled liquid and apply that liquid under the eyes. Within 10 days, wrinkles and eye bags will disappear, love and respect.

Thank you, sir. If the apple is pre-cooked, it is good.

Hello Ness, first of all thanks for your like :)

There are things that we say will not happen, I hope that every exam we take, albeit unintentionally, brings results that carry us forward and better.

I think it tastes great with ice cream or cream. Love…
