good day! I've been looking for gum drops for a long time for this cake and I finally found it :) but it's crystalline, so I have to crush them and grind them into powder.

Hello Didem, the aroma of the crystal ones is very strong. My liquid flavor was a little light so I used that amount. I think 1 teaspoon will be enough. Still, add a little bit of flavor and taste. love.

Hello, yes, it will be dark because there is no milk or yogurt. It will soften with the cream. Just like I explained in the preface.

Hi, I made the tangerine jam recipe you gave me :) it was delicious, thank you. I applied some changes, like this; Since the tangerine peels are very thin, they will shrink slightly, so they weigh 1.5 kg. I thought sugar would be a lot and 1,200 kg. I used sugar. Actually 1.kg. it would have been enough. More importantly, I first rinsed the peels and half of the sugar, I applied the rondo process for a long time, so that the peels soaked up the sugar thoroughly, I added the remaining sugar to the wet material, I granulated it again so that there was no need to wait until the morning, I took out the juice of the tangerine and immediately put it on the stove and the result; I had a delicious marmalade. I always wanted to make tangerine jam, but I couldn't find a recipe. Long live Nilay lady :) By the way, a news: The same recipe can be found on Migros com tr. shouldn't I see it too? :)
