Meat Rolled Cabbage
Hello Dear Friends,
Especially the kale dishes kale soup I like a lot. It had been a long time since I had cooked the wrap. When the weather got cold, I started to think of meat wraps. As a result, it turned out to be a delicious wrap. You can also use meaty ribs if you want, but I used the scraped bones I reserved for the ham.
While cooking the kale wrap, do not forget to cook it on low heat and check the water frequently. Since it takes a while to cook and soften, it may absorb water.
I love to serve it with garlic yogurt and tomato sauce. I definitely recommend you to try it.

- For the stuffing of the wrap, wash and drain the rice. Add it on top of the onions, add the minced meat, spices, tomato paste and olive oil and mix.
- Cut the thick veins and stems of the cabbages with a knife.
- Put the stuffing on each leaf and wrap it.
- Place the ribs in the bottom of the pan. Lay the torn cabbage leaves on top.
