- 3 tortilla-lavash bread
- 5 black olives
- 3-4 slices of sausage
- Some fresh cheddar
- Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- optional salt, thyme
How To Make Tortilla Pizza Recipe?
- Place your first lavash on a lightly oiled baking tray and grate the cheddar cheese with the small side of the grater.
- Put the second layer on the first lavash and repeat the same process.
- Put the 3rd layer on top of the other lavash. On the last floor, grate the cheddar cheese as you did for the other floors. Drizzle ketchup on it.
- Finally, spread the olives and finely chopped sausages on the lavash. Sprinkle salt and thyme and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheese melts completely.
