Lavaş Pizza – Breakfast Pizza

Happy Sunday everyone... I think I prepared the lavash pizza, which I shared on my blog for the first time in 2009 and then made various versions, to add color to our breakfast that was too late. (Sometimes, when I get the girl to have her breakfast early in the morning and go to work, it sometimes finds noon, then I get nervous with hunger, of course :)
A very simple recipe that you can prepare with the ingredients at home. You can make it with pre-cooked, semi-cooked or anything that will cook in a very short time.

Lavaş Pizza – Ingredients for Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- 2 large lavash
- 1 long sausages
- 6-7 slices of sausage
- 1 cup of white cheese crumbs
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of tomato puree (sauce if available)
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pieces of eggs
- Fresh thyme upon request
- Salt
- Black pepper
Lavaş Pizza – How to Make Breakfast Pizza Recipe?
- Place the first lavash on a lightly oiled or greased baking tray and sprinkle with feta cheese and half of the cheddar cheese.
- For tomato sauce, add 1 clove of crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to the tomato grater and mix.
- Place the second lavash on top of the base.
- Spread all the tomato sauce you prepared on the lavash. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Slice the sausage and sausage and place on top.
- Finally, sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese, break 1 egg and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheeses and eggs are browned.
