Milk Bread

My dear wife surprised me yesterday and bought a bread baking machine :) It was on my tongue for a long time, but I could not find the opportunity to buy it. Thanks to my husband, thanks to him I will be able to share various bread recipes with you. I cooked this milk bread last night, I made a sandwich in the morning and brought it to the company, believe me, it's delicious :)

Milk Bread

750 gr. for the bread:

Ingredients for Milk Bread Recipe

50 gr. butter (diced and softened)
260 ml milk (at room temperature
1 tea spoon salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
400 gr. Fame

Fabrication:

Milk, butter, sugar, salt, flour are put into the machine in the order I wrote, and yeast is added last. Yeast should never mix with liquids.
I made it in a bread maker. The basic bread program No. 1 is suitable for this. Those who will make it in the oven should knead the material and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour when it reaches a consistency that will not stick to the hand.
Then they can ferment for half an hour at the lowest temperature of the oven and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
