My dear wife surprised me yesterday and bought a bread baking machine :) It was on my tongue for a long time, but I could not find the opportunity to buy it. Thanks to my husband, thanks to him I will be able to share various bread recipes with you. I cooked this milk bread last night, I made a sandwich in the morning and brought it to the company, believe me, it's delicious :)

750 gr. for the bread:

Ingredients for Milk Bread Recipe

50 gr. butter (diced and softened)
260 ml milk (at room temperature
1 tea spoon salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon instant yeast
400 gr. Fame

Fabrication:

Milk, butter, sugar, salt, flour are put into the machine in the order I wrote, and yeast is added last. Yeast should never mix with liquids.
I made it in a bread maker. The basic bread program No. 1 is suitable for this. Those who will make it in the oven should knead the material and leave it in a warm place for about 1 hour when it reaches a consistency that will not stick to the hand.
Then they can ferment for half an hour at the lowest temperature of the oven and bake in the oven at 180 degrees.

    I also use tefal, there is no mistake in the recipe, but it can be adjusted according to taste. Except for kugelholf, I'm not very good with sweet bread :)

    I think there was an error in the recipe. Salt and sugar amounts are written upside down, this recipe is in Moulinex's booklet, so I tried it. It is very delicious, I think the amount of sugar should be reduced a little.

    Zeliha h. Bread recipes, in particular, are a little sensitive in terms of ingredient measurements. If you prefer sized cups, you will not have any trouble keeping the consistency. I believe it will be great the next time you try it. Don't be discouraged :)
