620 gr. Fame
2 teaspoons instant yeast

Fabrication:

First, liquids (milk and water), then salt, flour and finally yeast are placed in the chamber of the bread machine.

Hello, it seems like a bread that can always be used as bread, it looks very good to me, but I want to ask before trying, is this recipe not using oil?

Bread was prepared for 1000 gr. You can experiment with materials by dividing their measurements by 10 and multiplying by 9.

hello, I made the above recipe. The crumb of the bread was sticky and the salt was too much. I made the bread in the machine. Where could I have made a mistake... :(

As far as I understand, the reason for the salt to be too much is that the bread has not risen. This may be due to your machine or the material you use.

Bread looks great. I'm going to buy a digital scale and do it all by gram. In bread, gr is very important, as far as I know, it does not hold with the glass method.

Regarding your bread recipe, I guess that the menu settings and cooking times of each machine are different.
What brand is your bread machine? Which menu did you choose? How long did it take to bake? Thank you in advance for your reply… ezgi

      Hello Ezgi

In general, the menus of bread machines are very close to each other. I use Tefal brand. It makes bread, compote, jam and pizza dough in a very practical way. All bread I write the menu options that I use in my recipes, up to the shell setting. As I wrote in the settings I used for this recipe.
