I bought a sinbo 4705 bread machine. My first try was great. but I got a little bored when my wife said that the bread is like a cake. so the inside of the bread was a little soft. How can I make bread that is harder on the inside? help please…

my nilay, you do and put it like this, it's good, very nice, I hope you can do and put in many more things; but I can't tell you how a person wants bread when he looks back and looks like this during the day. As someone who tastes bread, I still can't explain the taste of the bread you brought last morning. I couldn't write anything to it.

Hilal h. I don't think it would be very suitable for workplace use, of course, if the number of employees is low, that's different. The basic bread program is a little over 3 hours, but there is also a short program, which I haven't used yet, unfortunately, I think the room is around 1 hour. It doesn't cost much other than the machine, obviously, you buy it once already. Flour, water and dry yeast are sufficient for basic bread making. But if your male employees are in the majority at the workplace, I don't think you can grow bread by making it in the machine. It is so delicious that bread consumption doubles :)
