Dry Beans with Sausage

In our house, dry beans are cooked very rarely, in fact, it has been 2 years since my last cooking.

With the cold weather, the combination of dry beans, pickles and rice came to my mind. Since I'm making beans, I thought it should taste better. Thus, my kitchen, which has not seen the face of dried beans for years, was a feast.

Beans are a patience-testing legume. If you come across one that is not cooked, it will keep you on the stove for hours. In fact, even if it reaches the consistency to disperse, its shells become hard.

If you can find it, I say make your meal with spiraea beans. It is both easy to cook and sweet like honey.

If you have never tried to make dried beans before, you can start with 500 gr canned beans.
