In our house, dry beans are cooked very rarely, in fact, it has been 2 years since my last cooking.

With the cold weather, the combination of dry beans, pickles and rice came to my mind. Since I'm making beans, I thought it should taste better. Thus, my kitchen, which has not seen the face of dried beans for years, was a feast.

Beans are a patience-testing legume. If you come across one that is not cooked, it will keep you on the stove for hours. In fact, even if it reaches the consistency to disperse, its shells become hard.

If you can find it, I say make your meal with spiraea beans. It is both easy to cook and sweet like honey.

If you have never tried to make dried beans before, you can start with 500 gr canned beans.

good luck to you, but with my experience, I will suggest you a trick in making dry beans. your beans from the night
Soak it with milk and preserve it in the refrigerator. The next day, boil it with the same milk. Especially if you make it with spruce beans, you will see the difference. I recommend it to those who want to eat a dry bean like Turkish delight.

I heard for the first time that it is soaked with milk and cooked. Well, they both have gas-forming properties, but if I add cumin, will the taste change :)

For beans with sausage, my advice is to fry the sausages in a pan. When the beans are undercooked, throw them on top of it.
