Saffron Vegetable Rice

Here is another one of Kezban's different recipes. I love saffron piav too…

Ingredients for Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe

• 2 cups long rice
• a piece of chicken (amount is up to you)
• 1 pieces of onion
• 1 red bell pepper (paprika)
• 1 carliston pepper
• 2 asparagus
• 1 cup of canned corn
• 1 cup of canned peas
• 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
• 1 spoonful butter
• 2 teaspoons of saffron
• curry
• salt

How to Make Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe?

1. Finely chop the onion and fry it, then add the peppers that you cut into the chicken meat in the way you want and fry it.
2. Add the saffron and curry and add the roasted and washed rice.
3. Stir for 5 minutes on low heat, add the hot water, discard the salt and close the lid.
4. When the water is low, add the canned food and raisins and close the lid again. Add the butter and mix well.
5. Cover with a clean cloth and let it brew. Enjoy your meal.
