Saffron Vegetable Rice

Here is another one of Ms. Kezban's different recipes. I love saffron rice too...

Ingredients for Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe

  • 2 cups long rice
  • A piece of chicken meat (amount is up to you)
  • 1 pieces of onion
  • 1 red stuffed pepper (paprika)
  • 1 piece of charliston pepper
  • 2 asparagus
  • 1 cup of canned corn
  • 1 cup of canned peas
  • 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 2 teaspoons of saffron
  • curry
  • salt

How to Make Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry it, then add the peppers that you cut into the chicken meat in the way you want and fry it.
  2. Add saffron and curry, add the roasted and washed rice.
  3. Stir for 5 minutes on low heat, add the hot water, discard the salt and close the lid.
  4. When the water is low, add the canned food and raisins and close the lid again. Add the butter and mix well.
  5. Cover it with a clean cloth and leave it to brew. Enjoy your meal.

    Due to abbreviations made wrong
    I meant to say tea spoon when I say 2 tsp. You wrote soup spoon.
    there would be cb tea cups in cans
    I wanted to fix it, thank you :))

    But I added the saffron, curry, which gives its color, just to give it flavor :))
