Saffron Vegetable Rice

Here is another one of Ms. Kezban's different recipes. I love saffron rice too...
Ingredients for Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe
- 2 cups long rice
- A piece of chicken meat (amount is up to you)
- 1 pieces of onion
- 1 red stuffed pepper (paprika)
- 1 piece of charliston pepper
- 2 asparagus
- 1 cup of canned corn
- 1 cup of canned peas
- 1 tablespoon raisins (optional)
- 1 spoonful butter
- 2 teaspoons of saffron
- curry
- salt
How to Make Saffron Vegetable Rice Recipe?
- Finely chop the onion and fry it, then add the peppers that you cut into the chicken meat in the way you want and fry it.
- Add saffron and curry, add the roasted and washed rice.
- Stir for 5 minutes on low heat, add the hot water, discard the salt and close the lid.
- When the water is low, add the canned food and raisins and close the lid again. Add the butter and mix well.
- Cover it with a clean cloth and leave it to brew. Enjoy your meal.

But I added the saffron, curry, which gives its color, just to give it flavor :))
