How to Make Ice Cream Parfait Recipe?

  1. Separate the yolks and whites of 2 eggs. Turn the fluxes into snow at the low speed of the mixer.
  2. Add 100 g of powdered sugar and beat for 1 more minute.
  3. Beat 200 g of cream cheese with egg yolks, vanilla and 50 g of sugar.
  4. Add 50 g of cocoa.
  5. Add the egg whites, spread half of the mixture in a rectangular mold and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours.
  6.  Prepare another mixture with the same material without adding cocoa, spread it on the frozen parfait and freeze it again.
  7. Spread the remaining cocoa parfait mixture on top of the frozen white parfait and let it freeze once more.
  8. Slice and serve with Carte d'Or Selection Creme Caramel Ice Cream.
  9. If you wish, you can decorate with caramel sauce.
