Ingredients for Grilled Vegetable Salad Recipe
:- 1 eggplants from the garden
- 4-5 green beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 capsicum pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon
- Salt
- Fresh basil or mint leaves
How to Make Grilled Vegetable Salad Recipe?
- Wash and dry all materials.
- Slice the eggplant and zucchini 2 cm in width, and the carrot 1 cm in length.
- Peel the skin of the onion and divide it into 4. Lightly oil the chopped ingredients, flavor them with salt and pepper.
- Cook all the ingredients on a lightly oiled grill or cast iron grill until they get a mark.
- Mix the salt, olive oil, lemon and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Take your roasted vegetables in a bowl and drizzle over the sauce you prepared. Serve garnished with fresh basil or mint leaves.
