- 2 apples
- 1 glass of granulated sugar (170 g)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (5g)
- 5-6 cloves
- Carte d'Or Classic Lemon – Black Mulberry – Vanilla Ice Cream
How to Make Baked Fruit Carnival Recipe?
- Peel the apples, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Place the apples in the baking dish with the granulated sugar, cloves and cinnamon.
- Cook in the oven you have preheated at 200 degrees until the apples are soft and the water is slightly caramelized and leave to cool.
- Take it on a serving plate and serve with Carte d'Or Classic Lemon, Black Mulberry and Vanilla ice cream.
- You can also decorate with chopped hazelnuts or walnuts, if desired.
