Crispy Roast Zucchini

There was zucchini at home last night, while I was thinking what can I do best, this dish came out in 10 minutes. Perfect harmony with ready-made garlic yoghurt :)

Crispy Roast Zucchini

Materials:

3 zucchini
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Flour Mixture:

1 cup of flour
1 egg white
pinch of salt
enough milk

Fabrication:

Mix all ingredients except the zucchini and oil and slowly add the snow-covered egg whites. Cut the zucchini into 1 cm wide slices.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Get it in the flour mix. Fry in hot oil. Serve with garlic yoghurt.
