As a matter of fact, this is a made-up dish, but it is so easy and beautiful. My mother used to cook a lot and we ate it with my brother. I'm doing it at home now.

Materials:

200-300 g sausage
4-5 medium potatoes
1 meal spoon tomato paste
salt
optional thyme and paprika
 
Fabrication:

We dice the potatoes. After putting 1-2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the pan, we turn the potatoes in oil. Immediately after adding the sausages that we cut into rings, we add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
