Bagels are very popular in our house, especially on the day of the street market, I buy 4-5 pieces and put them in the freezer in a bag. Whether for breakfast or snacks at different times, I defrost it in the microwave for 2 minutes, then fill it with my favorite ingredients and serve.

Ingredients for Practical Bagel Sandwich Recipe
- 2 ready-made bagels or (homemade bagel recipe)
- 4 slice of cheddar cheese
- 4 slice of feta cheese
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small cucumber (optional)
- sliced olives or olive paste (optional)
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 4 slices of salami
- a small pinch of parsley (fresh thyme optionally)
How to Make Practical Bagel Sandwich Recipe?
- Divide the bagels crosswise into 2 parts. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the insides with the help of a knife.
- On the first bagel, place the lettuce leaves that you washed and dried and cut into large pieces in your hand.
- Place slices of tomato, cucumber, feta cheese and, if you are going to use it, olive slices on top.
- Place the sliced cheddar cheese inside the bagel on which you put other cream cheese. Add the salami slices on top.
- Finally, serve with optional parsley or fresh thyme.
