Oven Pasta with Labneh and Spinach Chicken

Forget all the baked pasta you've ever eaten. I have a truly legendary oven pasta recipe for you. It's a bomb recipe where I prepare béchamel sauce with chicken broth and add labneh to it. It contains spinach, pasta, béchamel sauce and labneh. It's like pressing all the keys at the same time :)

How to Make Oven Pasta Recipe with Chicken Labneh and Spinach?

  1. Boil the chicken breast in a pressure cooker for 4 minutes by adding 15 glasses of water.
  2. Boil the pasta in water with 1 teaspoon of salt for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
  3. Shred the boiled breast and set aside.
  4. Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the chopped spinach, sauté for 1 more minute and remove from the stove.
  5. For the béchamel sauce, roast the butter and flour, add chicken broth, salt and pepper and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
  6. Add half of the pasta, béchamel sauce, spinach and 1 pack of Kiri Labne to the baking dish and mix.
  7. Add the remaining pasta and mix well.
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake the pasta in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 8-10 minutes.
