  • 300 gr Ekici Turkish Delight White Cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pinches of Fresh Basil
  • Freshly born or chives, optional
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red powdered pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Half a pack of pasta
  • Water to boil the pasta
