Spinach Oven Pasta with Béchamel Sauce with the Taste of Water Pastry

Baked pasta has a very special place for me. It is one of the first recipes that I couldn't wait to try during my childhood years when I was keen to cook. I've made many varieties so far, but my favorite is the ones with the taste of pastry with bechamel sauce :)
This time, I used a special blend @fizmakarna baked pasta produced from 100% Turkish wheat, carefully grown by farmers with contract farming.
The most important trick is to boil the pasta neither too hard nor too soft, 8 minutes for the consistency that suits my taste. Take care to cook both at the same time so that the béchamel sauce mixes easily with the pasta.

Ingredients for Baked Pasta with Spinach with Béchamel Sauce with the Taste of Water Pastry
- 1 pack of FILIZ Oven Pasta
- Salt
- Su
For the Ingredient:
- Half a glass of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion
- 300 g spinach
For the bechamel sauce:
- 4 spoonful butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 water glass milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
For the above:
- 2 cup grated fresh cheddar cheese
How to Make Baked Pasta with Béchamel Sauce with Spinach Taste of Water Pastry?
- Fry the chopped onion until it turns transparent. Add the spinach and salt, fry until the spinach is wilted and set aside.
- In a deep pot, add plenty of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt. Boil the pasta (8 minutes).
- While the pasta is boiling, put the butter and flour for the béchamel sauce in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes color slightly.
- Add cold milk to it and whisk.
- When the sauce has a thick consistency, add the spinach, cheddar cheese and macaroni and mix.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on the pasta you bought in the oven dish and bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
