Baked Pasta with Béchamel Sauce is one of my favorite recipes for years. Last night, after a long break, I felt like preparing it again. This time, I made a little change and added the ground beef in the freezer by sautéing it well.

In the past, I used to add cheddar cheese to pasta just like I did on it, but in this recipe, I decided to use white cheese instead of fresh cheddar. It tasted 3 times better.

You can adjust the salt of your pasta according to the salt of the cheese.

I think pasta can be included in our national dishes if there is no problem of gaining weight. It is in the taste of every individual from 7 to 70. I hope you continue with your recipes..

It's been a long time, I really don't remember, but it doesn't make much difference as long as you follow the cooking time written on the back.

Béchamel sauce and feta cheese mixed with macaroni looks like it's in yogurt. Pasta has a runny consistency.
    If you help me, please.

Grated cheddar cheese is added to the bechamel sauce of the pasta in the oven, when the pasta in the strainer is warm, it is mixed with egg according to the amount, then the sauce is added. Cheddar cheese and eggs are binding, do not fall apart when cut, and stay on the plate like a cake.

Is it because there is no cheddar cheese in it, it doesn't come out of the oven like a cake. It's falling apart a little bit. While the top and bottom were falling apart slightly, although I was successful in some services, it dispersed in general. Is there a way to remove it properly. I also used a serving spoon. I used thin and long pasta. Is spaghetti better or?

I didn't oil it because I mixed it with sauce and it didn't stick to the porcelain, but you can oil it.

My mom makes it by pouring ground meat on top of the pasta, then adding béchamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese on top. It looks and tastes good, too. I recommend it.

Two Canadians came to me last summer. They wanted to cook one evening. In the same way, they made pasta with minced meat in the oven. But they never used bechamel sauce. With the pencil pasta, the pasta with minced meat we know was cooked in the oven, but I think the oven makes this event better.
