Here is a delicious recipe that will add flavor to your breakfast and snacks: Dried Tomato and Walnut Breakfast Sauce! You will love the unique harmony of dried tomatoes and walnuts! This sauce, which is both practical and delicious, makes a great duo with toast or crispy bagels.

For the Bagel Crostini:

How to Make Dried Tomato and Walnut Breakfast Sauce Recipe?

  1. Chop the bagels, spray with oil, bake with black pepper and rosemary at 200 degrees (1-2 minutes) until golden brown. 
  2. Put the marinated tomatoes into the processor. (If you are going to use dried tomatoes, soak them in 3-4 cups of warm water to remove salt and soften them, stirring occasionally.)
  3. Add dried pepper and walnuts on top.
  4. Add black pepper, rosemary and garlic and start grinding in the food processor.
  5. Pulse until you reach the consistency you want.
  6. Put it in a glass jar and put it in the refrigerator, and serve with basil or fresh thyme if desired.
