Hello Dear Friends,

Istanbul is very cold and gloomy this morning. People want something that will make them feel happy for breakfast. Example Curd Fresh Potato Salad :) If I am preparing it for breakfast, I prefer not frying, but you can prepare an even lighter version by boiling it and then frying it with curd. Let me tell you something interesting, I've been craving fresh onions since the beginning of my entire pregnancy. Fresh onions, garlic and tomato paste. When people see chocolate candy, their eyes go crazy, my spring onion :)
