Mole Pie

My wife has been asking when we will make this cake since we got married. She was sick with beer today. I wanted to surprise her when she got back from work and I made a mole cake. Now this cake is called Mole Sick :)

How to Make a Mole Pie Recipe?

  1. Put the cake flour mixture in a mixing bowl, add 100 g soft margarine, 7-8 tablespoons of milk and 2 eggs and beat with a mixer for 3 minutes, first at slow speed, then at high speed.
  2. Pour the dough into a greased round cake mold with a diameter of 26 cm and bake in the oven preheated to 160°C for 25-35 minutes.
  3. Remove from mold when cool. Place the cooled base on the cake plate, leave a 1 cm edge and carve it 0.5 cm deep with the help of a spoon.
  4. Finely crumble these cake crumbs in a bowl.
  5. Peel the bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and place them flat side down on the hollowed-out part of the cake.
  6. Put 3,5 tea glasses of cold milk in the whisk, empty the cream bag on it and beat for 2-3 minutes with a mixer.
  7. Then add the chocolate chips and mix lightly.
  8. Start spreading this cream on the top of the bananas and give it a dome shape.
  9. Sprinkle the prepared cake crumbs on the cream, pressing lightly and covering the cream completely.
  10. Refrigerate the cake for about 2 hours before serving.
