Ingredients for the Pied Cookie Recipe
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 150 g butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 1 pc baking powder
- 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3- 3.5 cups flour (add little by little)
How to Make a Pied Cookie Recipe?
- Put all the ingredients except cocoa in the mixing bowl and add the flour little by little and knead a medium hard dough.
- Divide the prepared cookie dough in half. Add cocoa to one part of the dough and knead it again.
- 2 dough for 10-15 minutes. Let it rest until it rests, after it has rested, break off orange-sized pieces from two doughs and roll it out a little larger than the tea plate with the help of a rolling pin.
- Stack the rolled-out dough and cut into 2-inch-wide strips.
- Roll each cut piece in your hand and place it on the tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
