Cauliflower Pastry

How to Make Cauliflower Pie Recipe?

  1. Divide the cauliflower into sprouts and boil them in boiling water with salt for 5-6 minutes. Drain the boiled cauliflower and pass it through the robot to make it like sand.
  2. Add crushed garlic, chopped greens and 2 eggs to the cauliflower you bought in a mixing bowl and mix.
  3. Add whole wheat flour, salt and spices and mix.
  4. Line a small square bore with greaseproof paper, pour the cauliflower mixture and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  6. Spread the cheddar cheese on the pastry you bought from the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheeses are browned. Let it rest and slice and serve warm.
