Cauliflower Hash

Although I know how useful it is, I have not been good with cauliflower and water until today. That's why I always tried to eat it by making different recipes. Fortunately, I was able to prepare many recipes such as soup, salad, béchamel, and fries. Now our house has a new favorite with cauliflower :)
When it is well drained, its consistency is very good. So much so that I think it's as good as zucchini hash, when it's served with garlic yoghurt, you can't get enough of its taste.

Ingredients for Cauliflower Rice Recipe
- 1 small cauliflower (about 500-550 g)
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 tea glass of grated white cheese (about 70 g)
- 5 heaping tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 pinch of chopped parsley
- 2 stalks spring onions (finely chopped)
- salt, pepper
How to Make Cauliflower Muffins Recipe
- Sort the cauliflower, wash it and put it in the pot. Add water and boil until soft.
- Drain the boiled cauliflower and leave it in the strainer to cool.
- Take the cooled and completely drained cauliflower in a deep bowl. Add flour, baking powder, parsley, onion, cheese, egg, salt and pepper and mix them by mashing.
- Heat the oil in the pan. Take 1 spoon of the mixture that has become dough.
- If desired, smooth it out with another spoon as in the photo and drop it carefully into the oil. Press and spread the dough with the back of the spoon.
- Take the mucver you fried on both sides on a plate that you have covered with paper towel. When all the roast is done, transfer it to the serving plate.
- Serve with yogurt and greens.
