  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

For the cauliflower:

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 egg (large size)
  • 1 glass of milk or water
  • 1 cup of flour
  • oil for frying

For the sauce:

  • 1 small yogurt
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

How to Make Cauliflower Ravioli Recipe?

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns pink. Add the bay leaf to the pot along with the minced meat and continue to fry.
  2. When the minced meat releases its juice, add salt, pepper, tomato paste, tomato and garlic and continue frying.
  3. Cook, stirring, until the tomato juice is absorbed. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the chopped parsley.
  4. Divide the cauliflower into florets. Boil the cauliflower in a saucepan with boiling water until it softens slightly (about 8-10 minutes). Set aside to drain and cool a bit.
