Ingredients for Cauliflower Hummus

  • 400 g boiled cauliflower
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

For service:

  • Pine nuts
  • olive oil

How to Make Cauliflower Hummus Recipe?

  1. Take the cauliflower boiled in salted water into another bowl with the help of a wire strainer. (For its consistency, I keep it waiting instead of pouring the water)
  2. Add the crushed garlic to the cauliflower and pass it through the blender.
  3. Add lemon juice and tahini to the mashed cauliflower and blend them in a blender until smooth.
  4. Take the prepared cauliflower hummus on a serving plate.
  5. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until they turn brown. Take the pan off the heat and add the olive oil and mix. (The heat of the pan makes it bubbling right away)
  6. Drizzle olive oil with pistachio on top of the cauliflower hummus and serve.
