Baked Chicken Leg with Vegetables

Ozlem, my close friend from university, became a mother. My wife and I were in Izmir for 3 days to visit her and the baby Jesus who said hello to the world. We toured, loved the baby, and got the recipe :) My longing made a chicken with vegetables in the oven for us, despite all we said there was none, of course I had to share it with you. Baked Chicken Leg with Vegetables

Materials:

8-10 chicken thighs
4 large potatoes
half kg canned peas
black pepper
red pepper flakes
thyme
salt
olive oil
3-4 tablespoons of tomato paste
Fabrication:

The skin of the thighs is completely peeled off and the thighs are washed. Potatoes are cut into large apple slices. Legs and potatoes are arranged in a wide boracama, and peas are sprinkled.
All the spices are added to the tomato paste, the tomato paste is diluted with 1 glass of water and poured over the food.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 40-50 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, if you keep it in the oven until you serve it, your chicken will have the consistency of pomegranate as seen in the photo :)
