Hello dear friends,

Turmeric, also known as yellow root, is a spice with its unique smell and flavor. It changes the color of the dishes it is added to, but leaves a light and pleasant aroma. I first met this spice when I was doing my internship at Kivahan. It is one of the spices that I think goes very well with chicken dishes.

Last week I told you I bought garam masala. Garam masala consists of an Indian spice and a mixture of several spices. In the spice section, I will also prepare a short article about this spice. One of the most famous dishes used in garam masala is chicken tikka. I will share this delicious recipe with you very soon.

Of course, if you do not have these spices at hand, you can easily prepare your meal with the spices you have at home.

    Hello Mrs. Nihal;

    I came across your site while searching for a recipe, it's very nice, thank you.
    Where can I find garam masala in Turkey? I love tikka masala, I ate it a lot in England, but I never thought that the spice would be sold.
