I went out for lunch with my colleagues yesterday, at the restaurant we went to, 2 of my friends ordered chicken and mushroom pancakes. When I tasted the dish, I liked it very much and I wanted to surprise my dear wife, who is crazy about chicken, tonight. Breast meat was used in the crepe I tasted, but I used leg meat to make it a little more flavorful.

It is a very easy and effortless recipe, you can put a very different and delicious meal on the table in almost 20 minutes. You can try it not only for yourself but also for your guests. The recipe I will give is for 2 people, but you can easily increase the number of people. See you…

Hello, I make a little bechamel sauce instead of cream and put it in this recipe. even after wrapping the pancakes, I put a little bit of bechamel sauce on it and then put the cheddar cheese on it. it is very delicious.

Don't you put salt in the pancakes? I did not put it according to the recipe, the pancakes were very tasteless. How much salt do we need to put? If we add onion, pepper, garlic to the ingredients, will it taste bad because of the cream?

If you want to add salt to the crepe, it would be better to adjust it according to your taste. You can also experiment with additional toppings, but only use a small amount. love..

Hello, I made this recipe twice, and it was very popular in both of them. The view is also very nice. Actually, it's a simple dish, but pancakes have a very heavy food atmosphere :) we like it very much, so I will continue to make it. Thank you so much :)

Raw cream is a product made from milk, with a thick consistency from milk, sold in 200 ml packages, which you can find in big markets.

Ms. Dilek, you can find it in English double cream or single cream markets. It's been a long time but I still wanted to write :)

Hello, my joy, if you do not use cream in this recipe, I think it will be a little dry, a little cream that gives the flavor (it is enough to buy a small package of cream from the market). Depending on the size you will make crepes, 3-4 pieces will come out, but the important thing is to get a fluid dough consistency. If it's too watery, you can add a little more flour.
You can increase the amount if you are making it for more people. For pancakes, you only need to increase the amount of flour and milk. Take it easy and love...

I love chicken and I want to try it because it is a different recipe. But I have a question. What if I don't use raw cream, is cream necessary? Also, is the crepe material for 2 crepes? If you answer, you will be happy. Thanks in advance :) can we increase the crepe material according to the number?
