2. Traditional Mustfak Secrets After the Barbecue Party

We held our 8nd BBQ party on Saturday, May 2010, 2 under the sponsorship of Doritos Bagda Thyme. I will tell you a little bit about what we did, what we did, what we ate.

We were 50 people in total in our first party. This year it was 200 :) There was a full circulation of people at the violinist as of 13:00. We were quite active when we were talking about those who came, those who went to catch up, those who were late, those who stopped by for a while.

Let's do a little balance sheet first.

for 200 people

Materials :)

60 kilos of wings with sauce
25 kilos of meatballs
4 kilos of barren
20 kilos of salad
2 boxes of large Doritos Thyme chips in a bag
200 ice creams (Algida varieties)
100 loaves of bread
a big bowl of american salad that my dear aunt made for us
(In the meantime, we consumed the pastry-salad brought by our participant friends).
I don't have a definite idea about the drinks, but I just know that there is a lot :)

We had a lot of fun, we had good conversations, the sweet children of 3-4 of our friends also came. A pleasant co-friend-family atmosphere dominated our party. Weather conditions were on our side, we were not afraid that it would rain sometime, a few drops fell on our smiling cheeks and immediately left :)

I gave a short and concise speech to our friends who came to the barbecue, and Serhan Boybek, the creator of Thyme in the Bag, made a small speech introducing himself and his taste.

Since plastic plates and cutlery did not grow, I washed a lot of dishes in the garden bar from time to time and made salads again.

My wife did not leave the barbecue for 6 hours, in fact, Ali Ustam, the former head chef of Kivahan and our other master, who came as a guest but did not leave him alone at the barbecue, helped for hours.
