Our last recipe from the Nutella event I attended in the past months was pita breads. It caught my eye while scanning the photos and I decided to share this late recipe with you right away.
It is a delicacy that you can easily prepare for breakfast or when you want something sweet. The dough sets very quickly, it is enough to rest it for a short time.
It's worth a little effort for the nutella that flows through it when served hot :)

Ingredients for Nutella Pita Bread Recipe
- 500 g flour
- 500 g of nutella
- 15 g baking powder
- 150 g yoghurt
- 20 ml of soda
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 30 g butter
- 150 ml milk
How to Make Nutella Pita Bread Recipe?
- Knead all the ingredients in a deep bowl until you get a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 8-10 equal parts and round them to prepare meringues. Rest the meringues you covered for 15-20 minutes.
- With the help of a rolling pin, open the meringues to the size of a dinner plate and spread Nutella inside.
- Fold the Nutella dough in half and close the ends. With the help of a fork, you can shape it as in the photo.
- Serve in a Teflon pan.
