Pancakes and Nutella are like Leyla and Mecnun :) A recipe that you can easily prepare even if you don't have many ingredients at home. Crepe cake. If you want, you can prepare a quick bite using nutella like me, or using whipped cream and fruit pieces.

The important thing in the cake is that you keep the crepe sizes close to each other and let them rest in the refrigerator for a while. If you don't beg and let the nutella harden a bit, you will have problems when you slice the cake to serve.

nutella pancakes

You can decorate your crepe cake with leftover fruit or candies.

Ingredients for Nutella Crepe Cake Recipe

  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 teaspoon of cocoa
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • half a pack of baking powder
  • 3 glasses of milk or 2 glass of water +2 glass of milk
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • Oil or butter for cooking

For the sauce:

  • 1 pack of instant chocolate sauce

For inside:

  • Nutella

How to Make Nutella Crepe Cake Recipe?

  1. Whisk the egg and milk until the egg is completely dispersed.
  2. Add flour, water, powdered sugar, vanillin, cocoa, salt and baking powder to the mixture and continue whisking until you get a lump-free, fluid dough.
  3. When the pancake batter is ready, grease and heat the Teflon pan (better if there is a pancake pan). When the pan is hot, pour 1 ladle of dough into it.
  4. Spread it on the pan with the back of the ladle and cook until it is eye-catching and turn the other side. When the crepe is cooked, transfer it to the serving plate. Do the same until all the pancakes are gone.
  5. Spread the nutella between each crepe with the help of a knife and stack them on top of each other.
  6. Let the cake you prepared rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour and slice it by pouring chocolate sauce on it before serving.

I think whatever you pour on the crepe suits you. Fruit and molasses should be the most delicious part of the job. The feast part of this flavor is worth trying chocolate sauce.
