Ingredients for Chubby Bagel Recipe

1 water glass measure of oil
2 glass of warm water
1,5 teaspoons of molasses
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1,5 cups of diced black olives.
1 Cup of sesame Flour as much as it takes

How to Make Chubby Bagel Recipe?

For a deep bowl, put 3 cups of flour and open the middle like a pool. Dilute the yeast with two glasses of water and pour it into the pool. Add oil, sugar, salt and vinegar and knead. Add flour and continue kneading until you get a slightly stiff dough.

Let the dough rest for 1-2 hours to ferment. Dilute 1,5 teaspoons of molasses with water in a bowl. Pour sesame into the plate. Knead the fermented dough again and break off pieces the size of a medium apple. Open them on the counter, put olives in them, close their mouths and turn them with your hands as if you were making a roll on the counter. Dip first in water with molasses and then sesame. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
